Bogging is nice to share our feelings and experience. There we can see the emotions of the author. Here I want to share the things that I like more and I need to tell you how a plant can wipe your tears and heal your mind. I felt so happy whenever I was working on a plant. I felt so comfortable when I was walking with bare foots. I like the smell of the soil when the first rain falls on land. Even more I like to sleep in an open environment especially under a banyan tree.
Just imagine that you saw a flower in a plant that you planted two months before, was watering it every day, seeing each stage of its growth and finally one morning you saw one flower bud came out. Can you measure the happiness that will fill your mind? And after it becomes a good flower with the nice fragrance. How is it? It cools your mind and feels so fresh, isn’t it? Whenever my mind got upset, if I can, I just go outside and watch a flower. I imagine that a cute baby is looking at me and smiling and showing little gums. It leads me to another world. There I make one relation with the plant. That was something like medication for me. My all sorrows were gone because of the smile of that flower.
If you walk with your bare foot, your land will make you healthier. Lot of veins is present in our foot and which is connected to all over the body. When foot touches the soil that veins get stimulate, and proper blood circulation is carrying there. It helps to keep your body health and fitness. Our ancestors followed a lot of things connected to nature. And they had good body resistant capacity and immune system. They didn’t prove it with any scientific experiments. But once you go through their lifestyle, you can find out that how their life close to the nature was. Even the smell of the soil makes our body strong.
Did you ever spend a half an hour near any banyan tree or something like big trees? If not try that. It can make you very fresh within a short time. Reason is the banyan tree is one of the best plants that release more oxygen than other plants because of large number of leaves and its flat shape. This shape helps to increase their surface area, and it can release more oxygen during day time.
